First Checkpoint: Monterey (searching for the Kissing Rock)
Loving the view though we could not find the Kissing Rock~
第一站：蒙特雷
我地計劃咗去搵接吻石，但搵唔到;(
不過都影咗好多靚相:P

Second Checkpoint: Valero
This is the first time for us to refill car gasoline by ourselves!!!
In HK, there are staff serving each vehicle getting into the gas station
Not really used to this self-helping routine
But the staff was nice enough to show us how to do it :D
(Though we did not know there's a silver click for holding the pump, and we turned out to be pressing really hard to keep the pump going :P)
第二站：油站
第一次自己入油＞。＜
原來唔係好難:)
但職員教完我地，我地都係好蠢咁㩒住咗個泵全程
入完先知有個銀色托可以頂住:P
Third Checkpoint: American Burger
K loves pizza more, but we decided to eat this burger :)
K鐘意pizza多啲但漢堡好似地到啲B)

Forth Checkpoint: 17-mile Drive - Spanish Bay
We started our drive at the Monterey entrance (it costs US$10 per car to get in the drive)
Just follow the road signs and the car ahead then you could get to all checkpoints~

基本想跟住前面架車已經去到下個景點，唔洗點睇佢提供嘅地圖～

Fifth Checkpoint: 17-mile Drive - The Crocker Grove
Basically, we drove along the drive
At each vista point, I took some pictures~
But some of them look similar, so I only shared some of them~

Sixth Checkpoint: 17-mile Drive - Ghost Tree
This was our last checkpoint along the 17-mile Drive\
We used about 2-3 hours to drive along this drive, only spending a short time
Coz we planned a lot for our short trip><
Definitely should spend the whole day enjoying the nature along the drive~~~~
第六站：17里路 - 鬼樹
呢個係我地17里路嘅未站
因為我地要趕路，所以成條17里路都係走馬看花
呢度絕對可以玩足一日！
Seventh Checkpoint: Carmel-by-the-sea
We read a blog saying they went to Carmel after the drive
So we followed their steps and came to this beautiful city!<3
All the houses are like buildings in the fairy tale
How cute are they :D
第七站：卡梅爾海
黎美國前睇咗個部落格，佢地都係行完17里路再黎卡梅爾海
係一個好靚嘅城市
所有屋都好似童話世界咁 <3

Eighth Checkpoint: California State Route 1
Here started the long drive, K was a weekend driver in HK
So it was really a looooooooooong drive for him
We planned stopping points for rest every 1-2 hours
The scenery along the ride was stunning
But as we planned a lot in our short trip, we only managed to take a look at a few vista points
第八站：一號公路
長征開始了
沿海風景的確好靚
但我地預咗好少時間
所以睇得唔多
無其他部落格去到咁多一號公路嘅景點:(
K係香港少揸車所以我地計劃咗1-2個鐘就停下唞吓
Ninth Checkpoint: Route 1 - Bixby Creek Bridge
K had read that this is a landmark
So we stopped and took some pictures :)

K話呢個係必影嘅景點
我地當然要打個卡 B)
Sad thing happened.........Sky darkening
Though we did check out really early in the morning, we still could not go for all checkpoints we have planned /.\
Coz the sunsets in the US are around 5pm....
天開始黑，姐係我地無沿途嘅風景睇
雖然我地已經好早check out但都係去唔晒我地計劃嘅地方:(

Tired drive at night (it's only 6pm in the US, but seems like 9pm in HK)
Tired passenger with zero reception for the phone along the whole Route 1
Difficult for me to stay awake :P
Renting a GPS again was a right act!
對K黎講係超費精神，因為完成無街燈
好彩前面有兩架旅行車開安全車速:D
一號公路全程無網路，好彩我地有租GPS

Tenth Checkpoint: Target :D @ Santa Maria
We went to a Target after checking in~ We bought some microwave meals for dinner [total US$9.39]
On our way to Target we passed by a house with loads of decorations (lots of lights and Christmas figures), but we didn't pull off for photo shooting :(

我地check in咗決定要去target行一轉～
因為太夜所以我地買咗啲微波爐即食餐:P
